The government of India creates this helpdesk to provide vaccine certificates to the people who have received the vaccination. To download the certificate using this mode, one needs to follow the following steps:

Step 1: To download the certificate using this portal, one needs to save the +919013151515 number on their phone.

Step 2: After that, the people are required to send a hi message to the number. Then the helpdesk will guide you through the subsequent steps to download the certificate.

Step 3: After sending the message, an automated reply will be sent on your Whats app. From there, find and tap on the “Download Certificate” option.

Step 4: After that, the person only needs to type “2” in the text. This will represent a COVID certificate.

Step 5: then, the chatbot will send an OTP to the registered mobile number; after entering the number, the certificate will be provided.

COVID Vaccine Certificate Download using Mobile number:

This is the most convenient way to download the COVID vaccine; people can download the Covid vaccine certificate using their mobile number. The process is very easy; one needs to follow the following steps:

Step 1: Download the Umang app on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Then find the ‘What’s New’ section’; from there, tap on the CoWIN icon.

Step 3: After that, select the ‘Download Vaccination Certificate.’ 

Step 4: Now login through the registered mobile number, and then OTP will be sent to the vaccine recipient’s mobile number.

Step 5: After entering the OTP, the certificate gets available for download.  

COVID Vaccine Certificate by Name 

One can download the Vaccination certificate just by entering their name on a designated app like the Aarogya Setu app. But it should be noted that the name should be exactly similar to that entered while receiving the dose.

To download the certificate using the Aarogya Setu app, one needs to follow the following steps:

Step 1: Download and open the Aarogya Setu app on your mobile phone. 

Step 2: On the Bluetooth of your device.

Step 3: Sign in with the registered mobile number, and enter the OTP sent.

Step 4: Look for the ‘Covid Vaccine certificate option’ and tap on it.

Step 5: Then tap the name in the space provided. The vaccine certificate will get available for downloading.

One can download the vaccine certificate using the Aadhar number if they do not have access to a registered mobile. CovidVaccine certificates can be downloaded from the CoWIN website using the aadhar card. To download the certificate from the CoWIN website using Aadhar Cared, one needs to download the Digilocker app. Then the following steps should be followed.

Step 1: Open the app, and complete the registration process by filling in all the details asked.

Step 2: Then find theCentral Government” option; after that, select the “Ministry of Family Health and Welfare” from the list menu.

Step 3: A new page will appear; select the option “Vaccine Certified.” After that, tap on the ‘Vaccine Certification link’ under the option.

Step 4: Now enter the 13-digit Beneficiary Id. Now the certificate gets available for download.

Vaccine Certificate through Umang App

Step 1: Download the Umang App, and search the Cowin Tab.

Step 2: Now tap on register/log in. Complete the registration by filling in all the details asked.

Step 3: on entering the homepage, the download vaccine certificate option will appear.

Step 4: Enter the mobile number, and an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Then enter the OTP sent to verify.

Step 4: Then the vaccine certificate will get available for downloading.
