- Qualification: LLB degree
- Enrollment: Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council
- Experience: Handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts
- Willingness: Unconditional consent to work on the general terms & conditions approved by the Government of India
- Case Handling: Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocates
- Standing: A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor, who have experience in handling criminal matters
Tenure
The selected candidate will be engaged for a period of 03 years.

- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts
