E Shram Card Registration

Eligibility

• Should be an unorganized worker, either self-employed,home-based employee, or a daily wage worker in an unorganized sector.
• Must be between the 16-59 age group. This means that the person should be born before 16-02-1963 or after 15-02-2007.
• Should not be a member of EPFO/ESIC or NPS.
• The essential documents required for registration are a valid Aadhaar number, aadhar linked active mobile number, and savings bank account details (with IFSC code).
• Suppose the person does not possess a linked aadhaar number. In that case, he can visit the nearest Customer service Center (CSC), and request them to link the mobile number with the aadhaar card number using the biometrics.

Before starting with the registration process, one must ensure that they have the following documents:

• Passport-size photograph. 

E Shram Registration Process:

To apply for the E-Shram card registration following, steps can be followed.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of E Shram Card using the link https://register.eshram.gov.in/#/user/self

Step 2: Enter the aadhaar card linked mobile number, and enter the captcha. The answer for EPFO and ESIC certificates should be no.
