Tenure
The selected candidates will be engaged on a deputation basis for 03 years from the date of appointment and further extendable as per the orders of the DOPT in force.
Age Limit
Candidates willing to apply should not be more than 56 years.
Place of Posting
The place of posting for the selected candidates will be Puducherry and Karaikal.

Qualification
Candidates must have the following qualifications for JIPMER Recruitment 2024:
- For Deputy Director (Admn.):
- Officers belonging to All India Services / Officers of the Central / State / Union Territory Government / Universities / Statutory / Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations.
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR Officers at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government or equivalent with at least 5 years’ regular service in Level-12 (Rs.78800-209200) (Pre-revised: PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600).
- For Senior Financial Advisor:
- Officers from Central Group ‘A’ Accounts Services.
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR With 5 years of regular service in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix (Grade Pay Rs.7600) or equivalent or higher.
- For Controller of Examinations:
- Officers from Central / State Govt. / Autonomous Institutions / Universities / Research Institutions etc.
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR With 5 years regular service in the post in the Pay Matrix Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) (pre-revised PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600).
- Essential: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. And Candidates must have 8 years of experience in academic/conduct of examinations in Universities/Institutions.
- For Senior Accounts Officer:
- Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts Services holding analogous posts or posts in the grade pay of Rs.5400 (Level-10) with 5 years of regular service in the grade or Audit/Accounts Officers from any of the Central Audit/Accounts Departments with 8 years’ regular service in the grade pay of Rs.4800 (Level-8) or equivalent.
- For Senior Refrigeration Mechanic:
- Officers of the Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous bodies.
- Holding analogous post on regular basis OR With five years regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix Level-3 (Rs.21700-69100) [prerevised PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200) + Grade Pay of Rs.2000] OR With eight years regular service in posts in the Pay Matrix Level-2 (Rs. 19900-63200) [prerevised PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900].
- Qualification: Candidates must have done Matriculation or its equivalent. Candidates must have I.T.I. Trade Certificate in Refrigeration Mechanic. Candidates must have 03 years’ experience in the field.
