JSSC has released the post of PGT and TGT for both regular and backlog vacancies. A total of 3,120 posts are allotted to the qualified aspirants, which include 2855 regular posts and 265 backlog posts. Registration for the Jharkhand Teacher Recruitment 2023 has been started on 5th April 2023. The contenders who wish to apply for the recruitment shall fill out the application form available on the official portal of JSSC, i.e. www.jssc.nic.in.

Jharkhand Teacher Recruitment Eligibility 2023

- Master’s degree in an applicable subject with a minimum scoring of 55 % and three years B.E.d/M.Ed from a recognized institute.
JSSC PGT TGT Selection Process
To fill in the post of postgraduate teachers in Jharkhand government schools, JSSC is organising the PGT TGT post-2023. The selection plan opted for the recruitment by the commission is a single stage mains examination and the final paper verification.
The examination conducted will be of 400 marks consisting of two papers of 100 marks and 300 marks respectively. The minimum qualifying mark for paper 1 is 33%, and for paper 2 is 50%. A 5% exemption is provided for paper two for the SC/ST category.
