Julie and the Phantoms TV series was created by Dan Cross and Davis Hoge jointly. The musical series is based on the Brazilian show Juliee os Fantasmas. It is a story about an ambitious girl who forms a band with the help of a high-concept band of teenage boys who have been dead for 25 years.
